Ayuda Media Systems, developer of the world’s most advanced media management platform for OOH companies, today introduced BMS.net™ LiveLink – revolutionary inventory management functionality using Microsoft Excel as the data-entry tool – as part of the latest release of the next-generation version of their flagship product, BMS.net™ version 2.3. “Many of our customers were accustomed to using Excel to manage their inventory.

With BMS.net™ LiveLink, they get the familiar Excel interface, with the full benefit of BMS.net™ in the back-end,” says Joe Cotugno, Director of Products at Ayuda Media Systems. Incorporating cutting-edge data-synchronization technology from Microsoft, BMS.net™ LiveLink is not simply a data export tool. LiveLink offers fully bi-directional data synchronization capabilities. “After modifying inventory data directly within Excel, users can synchronize their changes to the BMS.net™ Matrix with the click of a button,” adds Cotugno. The BMS.net™ LiveLink functionality unveiled today allows users to use Microsoft Excel to:

  • Add, edit, & delete panels directly from within Excel
  • Add, edit, & delete sites directly from within Excel
  • Update location, address, and contact information for all panels
  • Batch update geo-code data (ie: latitudes & longitudes) for all panels
  • Maintain Photo Sheet info for all panels
  • Add panels to sites
  • And More!

“Ayuda is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner which grants us unprecedented access to all the latest Microsoft technology. We are always on the lookout for new and innovative technologies that will allow us to enhance our users’ experience with BMS.net™,” added Andreas Soupliotis, President & CEO of Ayuda Media Systems.
