Ayuda Media Systems, developer of the world’s most advanced media management platform for OOH companies, today announced the release of version 2.44 of their flagship product, BMS.net™ with a streamlined Proof Of Performance Website that affords advertisers and agencies quicker and easier access to their POP data. Based on feedback and usage analysis from some of the nation’s largest agencies, Ayuda enhanced their flagship POP Website to streamline the Proof Of Performance process.

“We reviewed thousands of user workflows by analyzing the click-through data from our POP Website,” explains Joe Cotugno, Ayuda Media Systems’ Vice-President of Client Services. “This analysis allowed us to identify the most common workflows and streamline the POP Website to ensure those workflows are available in as few clicks as possible.” By identifying the most common requests made by users of the BMS.net™ POP Website, Ayuda enhanced the website by streamlining access to the commonly requested data. Specifically, version 2.44 includes the following enhancements to the POP Website:

  • Smart Search – Google-like search capabilities that allows agencies/advertisers to search by any reference number they may have on hand
  • Quick POP Links – Shortcut links to quickly & easily download commonly requested data such as Completion Reports, Location Lists, and Photos
  • Redesigned PDF Completion Reports – Completely redesigned Completion Reports include more information in a more condensed format to reduce overall size
  • And more!

One of Ayuda’s main priorities has always been ensuring that their customers’ clients – some of the nation’s largest media agencies and advertisers – benefit from the efficiencies and synergies that Ayuda’s customers achieve by deploying BMS.net™.

“We realize that making our customers’ clients happy is our number 1 priority at Ayuda. Because when our customers’ clients are happy, then our clients are happy as well,” added Andreas Soupliotis, President & CEO of Ayuda Media Systems. By gleaning feedback from media buyers and planners from some of the largest media agencies in the country – agencies such as Kinetic and Starcom – Ayuda has made significant enhancements to the BMS.net™ POP Website, to ensure that their customers’ clients remain happy and loyal.

Ayuda Announces Successful Delivery of Web Services Infrastructure for TAB’s New “Eyes On” Audience Measurement System

Web Services initiative will enable the proliferation of “Eyes On” data to advertisers, agencies and vendors

Joe Cotugno, New York, NY

Mar 16, 2009

Ayuda Media Systems announced today the successful deployment of the to the Traffic Audit Bureau for Media Measurement. This deployment is the result of a three month effort by Ayuda and will allow TAB members to retrieve Eyes On demographic audience data for outdoor advertising in over 200 markets via industry-standard Web Services or through a dedicated Web application.

The Eyes On Audience Delivery System (accessible from http://www.eyesonratings.com) is the culmination of TAB’s master plan to provide a revolutionary new outdoor media measurement system that, for the first time in the advertising industry, delivers actual ad exposure counts. The TAB’s Board of Directors voted to award the contract to Ayuda following an RFP process involving multiple out-of-home software vendors.

François de Gaspé Beaubien, Executive Chairman of Ayuda Media Systems commented on the TAB’s decision: “We are delighted to have been chosen by the TAB as partners in their initiative to establish Eyes On as the lingua franca of outdoor media measurement.” The decision ended an intensive search to identify the optimal out-of-home software vendor that could deliver a rich Web services platform in a strict timeframe. In awarding the project to Ayuda, the TAB Technical Committee found their proposal to be the strongest and the team highly qualified to execute the project.Industry Standard Web Services Technology.

The project undertaken by Ayuda entailed the design, development, and deployment of a comprehensive Web Services-based audience measurement delivery infrastructure. The Eyes On Web Services are a collection of programmable Web Services hosted by the TAB and designed to enable TAB members to integrate Eyes On demographics ratings into their web sites and software applications. The TAB believes that the use of Web Services as a delivery mechanism will increase the adoption of Eyes On within the outdoor industry as it will allow 3rd-party integrators to incorporate Eyes On data more easily.

The TAB also mandated Ayuda to develop a Web-based application that offers members the ability to retrieve and download Eyes On data. The Web-based data delivery tool is primarily aimed at the TAB’s smaller members that might not have an MIS department to connect to Eyes On data via Web services.
