Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Coordinating group activities (lunches, outings, teambuilding activities, etc.)
  • Organizing the office (supplies, snacks, maintenance, etc.)
  • Preparing travel itineraries
  • fil Assisting with accounting responsibilities
  • Acting as liaison for events
  • Translating documents from English to German (vice versa)
  • Helping with various administrative duties
  • Enhancing office spirit

Skills & Requirements

Must Have
  • You have completed your BA Studies
  • You are fluent in English & German with impeccable writing skills in German
  • You have previous administrative experience in an offices
  • You possess great customer service skills and a hands-on attitude
  • You have an intermediate level with MS Office
  • You consider yourself to be autonomous, dynamic and a team player
